The Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Police Training School (Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Police Training Center) is a professional training base for police officers directly under the Shijiazhuang Municipal Public Security Bureau, and a first-class police training facility in North China. Covering an area of 380 acres with a building area of 85,200 square meters, it can accommodate 700 people for training simultaneously.
It provides training for all police officers and auxiliary police officers in the city for rotational training/promotion/professional training in police combat, physical fitness, tactics, swimming, and shooting, as well as juvenile police training, study tours, and youth safety education (a national study tour base). The school includes teaching buildings, a simulated street area, an underground shooting range, a special driving training ground, a swimming training hall (swimming pool), a comprehensive training hall, and a police museum. The swimming training hall is a professional indoor swimming pool on campus, primarily for police swimming, water rescue, and swimming physical fitness training; it is not open to the public (only for internal training/study tours). It is a standard short course + swimming training area, 25m × 12.5m, with 6–8 lanes, 1.4m–2.0m (deep and shallow sections), and a constant water temperature of 27–28℃ all year round. The pool water is circulated 24 hours a day, disinfected with ozone, and meets competition standards.
