The Fujian Provincial Swimming and Diving Sports Management Center, established in December 1988 (originally named Fujian Provincial Swimming Sports Center), was renamed to its current name in March 2011 with the approval of the Fujian Provincial People's Government. It is a directly affiliated, division-level legal entity under the Fujian Provincial Sports Bureau. Currently, it has professional teams in swimming, diving, women's water polo, and golf. It has trained and sent world champions Chen Xiaodan, Li Chengwei, and Qi Hui; World University Games champion Xu Shan; Asian Games champion Yang Liguang; and National Games champion Wang Mengjian, among other renowned athletes, achieving outstanding results in domestic and international competitions and contributing significantly to the development of sports in Fujian.
The original indoor standard swimming pool facilities no longer meet modern training requirements. The water heating equipment is outdated, and the indoor humidity is too high, severely impacting swimming training. To further improve the level of sports training, teaching, and international exchange, and to fully promote the development of competitive sports and accelerate the construction of a strong sports district, this sports venue needs to be upgraded to provide better facilities for athletes. Due to the specific nature of this project, a feasible solution must be developed based on the actual site conditions. The selected products must be developed and customized according to the site requirements. Therefore, the required manufacturers not only need product development and design capabilities but also rich on-site implementation experience. After several rounds of comprehensive competition, Blueway's integrated energy-saving solution for pool temperature and humidity control was ultimately selected to provide a more comfortable indoor swimming environment with constant temperature and humidity.
