Located on the banks of the Fenshui River in Yaolin Town, Tonglu County, Hangzhou City, the resort covers a total planned area of approximately 3 square kilometers with a total investment of 2 billion RMB, constructed in three phases. The Water Park and the centralized river-view hotel together boast a total built-up area of approximately 66,385 square meters. The park is divided into two zones: the Indoor Water Park (Constant Temperature Zone)—planned to maintain a steady temperature of approximately 30°C year-round—features a wave pool, children's water fortress, SPA pools, and small-to-medium-sized water slides, all under unified temperature control. Unaffected by seasonal changes or rainy weather, this zone is ideal for extended enjoyment by infants, toddlers, and the elderly. The Outdoor Water Park operates with natural water temperatures during the summer months, supplemented by auxiliary temperature control (maintained at approximately 26–28°C), and features high-speed racing slides, a lazy river, and a large complex of water slides.

On the other hand, the evaporation of water from the pool surface causes the indoor air to become excessively humid and laden with chlorine; this not only severely corrodes interior finishes but also negatively impacts human comfort and health. Consequently, the indoor environment requires comprehensive air purification and dehumidification treatment.
